African Rainbow Minerals Limited (ARM) is a diverse South African Mining Company, with it’s African assets held in a joint venture with Vale. African Rainbow Minerals was created in 2004, when the merger transaction with Avmin, ARMI and Harmony was completed.

African Rainbow Minerals Limited (ARM) owns platinum and coal, as well as ferrous and base metals operations. Through its shareholding in Harmony, it also holds a significant interest in the gold mining sector.
