Diamond Trading Company (DTC) was formed in 1934 and was established as a stand-alone company within the De Beers Group of Companies, in 2004. It distributes rough diamonds, which include the sorting, valuation and sales.
DTC specialises in sales, sorting, valuing and diamond beneficiation of rough diamonds, and has representative offices in the United Kingdom and South Africa, as well as joint venture operations with governments in Botswana and Namibia.
